Depending on the technology used -- short range RFID SmartCards or the 2-D Barcode -- CISTEMS offers several options. NFC short range RFID offers the exhibitor the new Android Nexus S to read attendees SmartCards. These SmartPhones offer several options for exhibitors to wirelessly connect to display monitors for point-of-sale presentations or to promote booth traffic by adding dollar value to SmartCards to be used at local merchants such as Starbucks. 2-D barcode systems are also available with two lead retrieval options: The ExpoUltra and the Real Timer iLeads. INSERT PICTURE OF ANDROID SMARTCARD INSERT PICTURE OF LASER BADGE BARCODE INSERT PICTURE FROM BAUTIZAN
Expo Ultra The unit for barcoded lead retrieval collection. Data is stored on a removable thumb drive (USB stick) that the exhibitor keeps at the conclusion of the conference. As a backup, a printed copy of every lead is generated by the device. The only requirement is that 110 AC power be provided at the booth.
Realtimer Our wireless handheld unit that scans attendee barcode badges and sends them to a web portal in real time. This web portal can be accessed by sales staff at any time and the data can be exported in Excel format. Sales staff back at headquarters can immediately begin following up on leads, even while the conference is still going on. A memory card in the unit stores a backup copy of every lead in case of communications failure.
iLeads
This is our latest offering - a native application for the IOS device. The exhibitor provides their own IOS device and can install the iLeads application from the Apple App Store. The exhibitor types in the attendee's badge number on their handheld and the data is then stored on the handheld and uploaded to the web portal.
